Law enforcement warns, Ladies who get MOMO as T& To & don’t show up could be jailed up to 5 yrs

According to the Ghana criminal code act twenty nine section 132, it is defrauding by false pretense to consider money from a man being a transport money and intentionally refuse to show up.
In view from the above, A police officer offers admonished women especially young women to desist from the behave as it can end them upward in jail up to five years.
Chief inspector Amoah explained that if a lady lets you know to send her money regarding transport to come over and a person send her the money and he or she decide not visit and do the needful by refunding your money she can be managed accordingly per the Ghana criminal code.
The law enforcer said that a case can be submitted against such persons with regards to the act 29 area 132 of the Ghana lawbreaker code for defrauding simply by false pretense.
“Dear males, if a lady tells you to deliver her money for transportation to come over and you send out her the cash and she choose not to visit you, and refund the money, you can make reference to ACT 29 SECTION 132 of the criminal code plus file a case of defrauding by false pretense towards her.
She can be jailed for up to 5 years. Understand your right my brother, as well as for some of the women be warned” the officer noted.
