The Minister intended for Education, Dr Yaw Adutwum, has said parents who wish to pay out the fees for their wards despite the Free SHS system are free to do so.
Based on him, the government would applaud any parent who does therefore.
According to him, the government is not going to stop anyone ready to spend on tuition despite the rollout from the Free Senior High School policy.
Doctor Yaw Adutwium speaking to Starr News said parents that are kind enough should notice headmasters of their wards’ institutions and pay their charges to them.
“If you want to spend fees for your child taking pleasure in free SHS, you go to the particular party and give money towards the headmaster. We’ll applaud a person for that. ”
He furthermore reassured parents of the top standards of education for ward amidst the Covid-19 pandemic.
