When the car snatcher crowded out the taxi driver, he or she allegedly tied him towards the rear of the car plus dragged him on the ground through Ohwim Amanfrom the town’s station to a new web site.
It took a bystander who suspected something whenever he saw the thought car snatcher who passes the name Yaw Cranking plus raised an alarm sketching a crowd.
