Another tragic event has happened. 4-year-old Benedicta Owusu Sarpong (Afia Adepa) who went missing times ago at Offinso within the Ashanti Region of Ghana has been found headless.
Small Adepa was announced lacking some days ago as the loved ones begged the help of the general public to assist find her.
According to reports, Adepa has been found dead on the refuse dump with the girl head cut off. The family has been said to have identified her simply by her cloth.
Social media continues to be thrown into a state associated with shock amid mourning following a death of the young little princess, Adepa.

Some inhabitants in the Offinso community have got suggested that the deceased has been murdered for money ritual reasons.
They have charged the Ghana Police Service to ensure that these people tighten security in the different communities across the country.
