Counsel just for actress Rosemond Brown offers filed an application for bail pending appeal.
Her attorney Andrews Kudzo Vortia upon Monday 19th April 2021, filed a notice associated with appeal and application to get bail against the actress’ custodial sentence at the same time.
The Lawbreaker Division of the Accra Higher Court is expected to listen to the bail application upon Wednesday.

The convict was arrested and arraigned before the Circuit Court, Accra on three (3) matters of offences relating to obscenity.
She was sentenced in order to 90 days in prison upon each of the three charges right after pleading guilty to them, however the court said, the phrases are to run concurrently.
