Lawyer Kissi Agyebeng, the Chairman from the Electronic Communications Tribunal who will be a legal practitioner has been pencilled as the next Special Prosecutor.
Mr Agyebeng will substitute former Special Prosecutor, Matn Amidu if his candidate selection and approval go through plus approved by Ghana’s Parliament.
Whenever approved by Parliament, Agyabeng may replace Martin Alamisi Can burn Kaiser Amidu, who retired on November 15, 2020.
Amidu resigned from their position on November sixteen, 2020, through a letter resolved to the president, Nana Akufo-Addo.

Mister Agyebeng is a private lawful practitioner who has argued many cases before the Superior Legal courts of Ghana and has already been engaged in several international company transactions.
He is also a lecturer at the University of Ghana School of Law, training and researching criminal legislation, international humanitarian law, global law and corporate regulation.
He holds a Bachelors of Laws (LL. N. ) from the University associated with Ghana and two Learn of Laws (LL. Meters. ) from the Schulich College of Law at Dalhousie University (Marine and Environment Law) and Cornell Legislation School (Corporate Law plus Securities Regulation).
