Attorney Kissi Agyebeng, the Chief of the Electronic Communications Tribunal who is a legal practitioner continues to be pencilled as the next Particular Prosecutor.
Mr Agyebeng will certainly replace former Special Prosecutor, Martin Amidu if their nomination and approval proceed through and approved by Ghana’s Parliament.
When approved by Parliament, Agyabeng will replace Martin Alamisi Burns Kaiser Amidu, who seem to resigned on November fifteen, 2020.
Amidu resigned through his position on Nov 16, 2020, through a notice addressed to the president, Nana Akufo-Addo.

Mr Agyebeng is a personal legal practitioner who has contended numerous cases before the Exceptional Courts of Ghana and it has also been engaged in several global business transactions.
He is the lecturer at the University associated with Ghana School of Legislation, teaching and researching legal law, international humanitarian legislation, international law and business law.
He holds the Bachelor of Laws (LL. B. ) from the University or college of Ghana and 2 Master of Laws (LL. M. ) from the Schulich School of Law from Dalhousie University (Marine plus Environmental Law) and Cornell Law School (Corporate Regulation and Securities Regulation).
