A beautiful Ghanaian lady has shared an amazing story of how she bagged a higher position in a brand new job in the academic industry after months of joblessness. Anna Kuukua Williams, the University of Cape Coastline (UCC) Alumnus, who has a remarkable CV in the sector associated with education, took to LinkedIn in order to detail how it all occur. She disclosed that the lady left her previous training job in 2021 because of bad working conditions. During this time period, she dedicated her spare time to investing in herself plus her career by signing up for a lot of online courses. Quick forward to 2022, the lady interviewed for a teaching placement in a school and the girl knowledge on diverse subjects and certifications didn’t move unnoticed. And rather than available the teaching job, the girl ended up receiving an offer pertaining to Head of Academics rather. In her own narrative, the girl said: “I applied plus interviewed for a teaching place but got appointed because the Head of Academics. “I quit my teaching work a year ago because of unfavourable operating conditions, and 2021 grew to become quite a tough year. Even though I sometimes regretted our decision, I always felt this in my heart that there had been better days ahead. To help keep myself busy, I began a self-development journey exactly where I enrolled in a lot of on the internet courses and stayed constant and dedicated till I actually completed. I spent my time acquiring knowledge and studying new skills. “At the interview, I knew I actually stood out of the lot, due to the fact I wasn’t the average instructor with just a degree within #education. I had knowledge upon diverse topics and accreditation to back it. I had formed experience beyond teaching plus learning which would be good for the holistic development of children. I had a great C. Sixth is v. and most importantly, I had Our god. “All my sleepless evenings, learning and praying did not go to waste. I am lastly in a position where my love meant for children and dedication in order to education will be put to great use. I am so grateful with this opportunity. “I am thankful to my family for the enjoy and support through the darkish times.
