Since reported by GHPAGE. POSSUINDO last week about Nana Ama Mcbrown’s invitation by the Accra circuit court following Bulldog’s pending case with the condition, the actress together with the girl lawyer were present in the Accra circuit court nowadays, Friday 26th March 2021.
The host of Usa Showbiz on UTV, Nana Ama Mcbrown was associated with the producer of the system Rogger Quartey together with Nana Ama’s counsel.
Nana Ama Mcbrown was apparently summoned by the court to appear since witness by the prosecution group.
To the dismay of the criminal prosecution team, Nana Ama Mcbrown refused in the courtroom to become witness for the prosecution group who in this case are the individual.
The host and the girl lawyer told the courtroom that they are ready to be see for the court as far as details is required from them but will not be a witness for the criminal prosecution team.
The prosecution group were highly shocked on the stance by the host from the program as they thought Nana had already consented to become their witness through the files she signed weeks back when she was asked by the police.
Nana Ama and her lawyer contended that they only went to the authorities station to write their declaration and provided recordings from the show which were demanded from the Police but never agreed to be a witness for the criminal prosecution team.
The prosecution group then told the courtroom they will need much time approach with their team for the following line of action thus pleaded for the case to be adjourned.
