An additional bullion van has been apparently attacked by armed criminals on Thursday at Gomoa Okyereko on the Winneba-Accra street.
According to reports, the bullion vehicle with the registration number GN 6956-17 was attacked simply by suspected armed robbers.
The particular armed robbers believed to be regarding 6 in number surfaced from the bush and began shooting at the passenger aspect of the vehicle where the officer was seated.
The police companion then ordered the driver in order to speed off to prevent the particular robbers from attacking all of them.
The robbers later accepted their heels inside the rose bush after they failed to rob the bullion van.
The armed criminals were able to shatter the home windows of the van but the residents escaped unhurt.

The bullion vehicle is currently at the Winneba Law enforcement custody for investigation.
This is actually the second bullion van which has been attacked by armed guys. On Monday, a officer was shot in the mind by robbers after they assaulted the van at Wayne Town.
