Well, the engineer in control at the road construction web site identified as Kennedy Acquah offers detailed how the confrontation ensued.
In an interview on Starr FM, the engineer revealed that on Saturday, Shatta Wale approached him in the site and ordered these to extend the road works to their office.
Kennedy then told Shatta Wale that he ought to take up the matter with Metropolitan roads as he (Kennedy) does not have any jurisdiction in how the street is constructed.
He more explained how Shatta Wale and his boys pounced in it at the construction site inspite of the roadblock sign on the road.
