Ace report music producer Da Sludge hammer has lambasted entertainment reporter Arnold Asamoah-Baidoo for their remarks towards Shatta Wale on UTV’s United Showbiz which he describes since “disrespectful”.
Arnold had formerly posited that Shatta Wale is “one of the most sporadic and confused artistes” following a latter’s State of the Market Address, where he called upon industry players to drive an agenda for more Ghanaian songs to be played on the airwaves.
The comments seem not to have got down with Shatta Wale, who registered his discomfort and fury when he or she appeared as a guest on the program on Saturday.

The dancehall artiste demanded a retraction plus an apology from Arnold but the latter was hesitant and maintained that their description for Shatta Wale was apt.
In a Fb post, Hammer mounted the spirited defence for Shatta Wale stating that it was incorrect for Arnold to have explained him as a “confused” artiste.
Despite admitting that Arnold’s “level of intelligence plus level-headedness” cannot be underestimated, Sludge hammer said, “no matter what you believe, your disrespectful public utterance of your opinion on another individual is rubbish and completely irrelevant and should remain in your own head”.

Confused is fresh no matter how u spin this, and being a journalist definitely gives u no directly to call someone confused. When his methods confuse oughout let it be known cos that would mean it’s in accordance with u, nothing wrong in the event that his ways confuse u… just don’t try to generalize it as a tag. This wouldn’t be the first time some thing has eluded another person in this life. That’s in fact why there’s a saying “ppl fear what they do not understand”. Do u knw how many ppl have been known as confused and crazy of all time, just cos they were confusing, only for them to change the story that eventually went on in order to influence society for the much better? Arnold u shld knw better. A few tantrums plus politically incorrect outbursts through star boy and so exactly what!!
