The Ghana Police Service early Weekend moved to thwart a prepared demonstration by conveners from the social media movement #FixTheCountry.
The girls, made up of Ghanaians who are miserable with what they call the particular economic hardship in the country, announced their intention to demonstration on Sunday, May nine, 2021. But the Ghana Law enforcement Service secured an injunction against the protest.

The group cited ‘dumsor’, unemployment and poor health care systems as proof of effective governments’ mismanagement of the nation.
