President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo provides reinforced his government’s dedication to rid the country associated with illegal mining activities, commonly known as galamsey, and regain water bodies polluted simply by miners.

Illegal exploration activities, popularly known as “galamsey” are “monumental crimes that ought to not be condoned in any form or form, ” Akufo-Addo said.
